Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times International delivery typically takes 7-12 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing.

Separate Packages Your order may arrive in separate packages. If your bundle includes multiple items, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean part of your order is missing.

Shipping Rates Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update, so don't worry if it doesn't move right away.

Customs & Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Delays Occasionally, weather, customs, or carrier issues can add a few days. If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us at support@lyvae.co and we'll investigate.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
