How do I set it up?
Take it out of the carry bag, open the valve, and press the built-in pump until it feels comfortable. Then close the valve firmly to seal it. Sit down and fine-tune: a few more pumps for firmer support, or press the release button to let some air out. Most people like it medium-firm rather than fully inflated.

Will it stay inflated? What if it leaks?
It's designed to hold its shape through a long sit, as long as the valve is sealed firmly after you inflate it. If it feels soft, check the valve first.
If it still won't hold air, send us a short photo or video within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. In most cases you don't need to send the faulty cushion back. If your cushion arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, we cover all shipping costs.

How big is it? Will I sit too high?
Inflated, AirEase is 44 × 44 cm (17.3 × 17.3 in) and about 4.5 cm (1.8 in) thick. It's designed to cushion and spread pressure, not lift you like a booster seat. Let some air out for a lower profile if you're tall or have limited legroom.

Can I take it on a plane?
It's a personal comfort item, like a neck pillow, so you can pack it in your carry-on or personal item. Inflate it once you're seated and deflate it before you leave. Airline rules can vary, so check with your carrier if you're unsure.
How do I look after it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep it away from sharp objects like keys or tools in a back pocket, which can puncture any inflatable. Store it deflated in its carry bag.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships. Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch, depending on where you live. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch, so don't worry if it doesn't move right away.
Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country. They're set by your country, not by us, and aren't included in our prices. If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns: Not happy with your AirEase Cushion? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason, and we'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions. The cushion should be unused, clean, deflated and in its original packaging with the carry bag and quick-start guide. A brief try-out is fine, but items showing signs of prolonged use or damage can't be refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds: Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund goes to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.

Who is it for?
Anyone who sits for long stretches: travelers, drivers, desk workers, sports fans in the bleachers, people who spend hours in a recliner. AirEase is a comfort product and isn't a medical device. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor before relying on any seat cushion.
